What Sets Cordell Apart

Nothing can be more valuable to a young lawyer than working with someone who has achieved career success, satisfaction and balance; and has a passion for teaching and coaching. Cordell built a national practice and has been a top performer and rainmaker throughout his 35 year career. Throughout his career he has worked with associates and partners helping them understand their career and life purpose and core values and helping them achieve their individual career goals.

Cordell makes his home in Dallas with Nancy, his wife of 36 years and greatest supporter. Nancy is an avid golfer who started playing when she was 40 years old and now has a 1 handicap. She plays in tournaments in Texas and acrossthe United States.

While Cordell is proud of the work he has done for clients and, more recently, for lawyers, law firms and law students, he is most proud of his daughter, Jill, who follows her passion and teaches special education to elementary school students.
